He’s versatile af. Imma cry we are so lucky to have him. Wolves struck gold in the 2020 draft.
This is why I’d like to get him off of guys like Fox, Dame, and Ja Morant much more, like Conley was saying. Gives him a chance to take a breather, but also he can do damage as a help defender and be more of a factor around the rim.
Where’s Gobert tho
You’d like to see Rudy near the top here. Hopefully the break helps him continue getting his legs back
Do you guys think Gobert has the potential to reach Walker Kessler’s rim protection this season and the upcoming seasons?
A big part of the reason Gobert isn’t higher and Kessler is, is that people still want to test Kessler and think they can challenge him. But if you watch guards drive toward Gobert a lot of times they either reroute away from the rim, or kick out. It’s like offensive gravity pulling defenders in and help him your teammates, Gobert deters people by simply being there
