  1. I think Quin Snyder would be a great coach, look how he made Utah one powerhouse. But players have to win together instead of as individuals (Trae Young). I've been watching Trae Young, and John Collins they have been here since they've been together. We need someone to lead the team, which has guys being gruntle or (Divas) Trae Young. When you guys throw out the next coaches that could be a great coach to coach the Atlanta Hawks. In my opinion, having a coach is fit, no that's not how a coach becomes. The players have to buy into the coach. What I like about you guys is today's date 2/23/2023. What you were talking about Trae Young about maturity, he's been in the NBA for about 5 years now. It's time he has to be a leader, and he has to mature, now is the time or he's not going to get it.

  2. The Hawks were in full tank mode when they drafted Trae Young, the whole organization was void of a winning culture and veteran players who could teach the younger players how to lead men. You really have to look at how Ressler and Travis choose to build this team intentionally trying to loose with a rookie head coach when Bud had a established a winning culture and proven systems. Most 24 year olds are not mature enough to lead grown men, it's a shame that the Hawks don't have any established culture to train him up that's an organization problem.
