Against Bucks we absolutely need to go with more Sims then Iheart because of strength and D vs Gianis, Portis and Lopez – they are a huge rebounding team. Need to play RJ about 18 off bench as 1st option attacking basket every touch. Less pressure then as 3rd option on 1st unit. Less of a liability vs 1st team 3s also – Hart MUCH better defender and rebounder and only needs to be 3/4 option offensively so he will be rebounding machine along with Randal and Mitch kick's out to open 3 point shooters…. The Key to making it to the Show is just that -if instead keep starting RJ and watching him suck for 36-40 minutes will be heartbreaking and we won't get past Sixers. I would tell RJ he better live in gym because if I'd run Fournier instead of him all year we'd have 3-5 more wins. Unless ya wanna sit next to Deuce, D Rose and the 2 new towel wavers as ELEVETH man off bench – and I'd be tempted to sit 3rd from end at 13th if he stinks up just one more game! The excuses he gets! Fine – let him develop – grow some muscle, get glasses, get in shape, play at rim not below it – then maybe he's a starter – just because he earns starter $ sure don't make one. His pathetic season has cost us 5 wins probably. And his Defence may be worse tha his offence!

Of course Hartenstien will finish games – aside from starting every game with a foul – against Bucks and Sixers no way Mitch doesn't foul out – that should be part of script by now, And against both I get my 5 fouls out of Sims along the way putting bodies on guys – Rick Mahorn style with his strength!

Hey Marshall and co…you think we see hart start over grimes? He seems to be getting more minutes and his history with brunson, solid defense and ability to cover up RJs mistake on defense seems to make him a good fit with the starting lineup. Thoughts?
