  1. This is getting embarrassing man. Also I never like to talk about refs but they were straight up guessing out there

  2. Traditional_Brief806

Every loss feels worse than the last. Whatever, we move on. Let’s get the W next game.

  3. i called it already šŸ™ our guys get complacent and jenkinsā€™ rotation is dog shit

  4. idontreallyknowchief

NEVER want to see us on National TV again. Put us on channel 30.

  5. DancingConstellation

    First round exit, Iā€™m afraid

  6. theglicky

Ja is extremely limited against any good rim protecter and just decided to shoot our team out the game.

  7. CauliflowerDue3390

So from the 6 minute mark in the 3rd quarter onwards, Morant didnā€™t get fouled ONCE? Ok, suuuuuure šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø

  8. Kalil4Real

I can’t name a better duo than Grizzlies and choking National TV games

  9. Jaggleson

So weā€™re gonna be the 6 seed at this rate. Letā€™s just be comfortable with that and a 1-2 round exit.

And Adams wonā€™t save us because Jenkins wonā€™t play him in the playoffs.

Have we ever hit an open 3? Iā€™m starting to forget what that feels like

  11. NoirPochette

It was a bad result but tbqh it was a fun game to watch. They did a great job on Ja who didn’t have a good game. Bane cooled down but good stuff from Aldama, Roddy, and Tillman all things considering

  12. AlexisDeTocqueville

Can’t shoot 22.6% from 3 when the other team has an elite rim protector

  13. donotnut459

The past 2 games from Ja have been the most Westbrook type of games Iā€™ve seen from him. And also typical we we give them their first lead since 7-6 in the last 40 seconds

  14. Bookst4r

Their best players played better than ours. 24 games to get the juice back. Hopefully they figure out something about their road woes. Remember when the guys were able to win after getting a double digit lead at any point in the game.

  15. idontreallyknowchief

Weā€™re the most miserable #2 seed with a comfortable cushion between 3 that Iā€™ve ever seen.

  16. HarryCarayQuiteCntry

We always get tight in big games, hopefully they’ll grow out of that.

  17. BetleyIsland36

Literally the entire game thread for 95% of the game: Wow these refs have missed like 10 fouls against us and given them 10 garbage foul calls

The entire thread after the game: Jenkins sucks, it’s his fault we blew the gamešŸ¤¦šŸ¤¦šŸ¤¦

I swear I HATE our fans sometimes. Look, we played a top-2 C in the NBA without our best C, had some god awful officials, and had Bane go from hot as the sun to ice cold by missing a bunch of Wide-open 3s in the 2nd half, including 2 with the game on the line. It sucks to lose this game, but it sucks more when our fan base is so freaking overdramatic

  18. A lot of good to take away from this game. Great minutes from Tillman, Konchar, and Roddy. Santi wasnā€™t bad either. Getting solid minutes from role players on the road is crucial in the playoffs.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, itā€™s the 3s. Ja was awful in the paint because there were 4 blue jerseys down there. 1 second half 3 and it was from Roddy. Itā€™s just not realistic in todayā€™s NBA to win like that. Hope Kennard is back healthy soon.

  19. Lubetube1

Shot 83% from the foul line. Thatā€™s a positive.

  20. The Harden corner 3 felt like absolute death. Trying not to overreact but year after year, it feels like we go against certain guys, and we defend them on some of these shots not only as well as to the players abilities, but as well as a shot can possibly be defended without getting a block or foul, and the damn ball goes in anyways.

  21. iamkiwi_11

At least this backs up my belief that Roddy shoulda had every single minute Zaire got this season

  22. StickSuspicious6650

Ja Morant is a young Westbrook at the moment. All his points are based on his explosiveness and ability to get to the rim. Hopefully, his floater becomes more consistent, and he gets a mid and 3 shot. The team looks better when we stay away from Ja isos or SteveO is there to clean up for Morant getting bottled up

  23. Bookst4r

Bane went 0-7 from 3 after that first quarter

  24. tortugazz724

Roddy did that dunk that was neat. And then after Jarenā€™s cool put back dunk to put us up 4, I really thought we had this one. But then Harden and Embiid etc and now Iā€™m sad

  25. I didnā€™t hate our overall performance. Jaren played big minutes and was great defensively. X and Roddy were great off the bench. Dillon kept his cool- broadcasts tried to make him look bad but Reggie kept that nonsense in check.

Our issue is the late possession on offense. Our only move is Ja iso plays and that has to change. We have plenty of weapons. JENKINS HAS TO STEP UP IN THOSE SPOTS. We look lost in those moments and never close big games that are close.

  26. Relevant-Mountain-11

If you needed a reminder that this team is still super young…

That said, 83% FTs is a nice change and we were horrible from 3 again and only lost by 5 vs a real contender at their house.

    Frustrating as hell though!

  27. Tyknitty

GG. But I knew the Sixers would win once I saw Brooks chirping at Harden. I imagine Memphis gets up on vet teams ,starting talking a lot and showing off and then that vet team comes back and beats them. Grizzlies have a good team, those youngsters gotta understand the art of war… you can’t disrespect these All Time Greats and expect it to not hurt you. The Lebrons, Hardens, Embiids, Warriors.. these guys are All Time Great players for a reason.. let sleeping dogs lie and get your win quietly. Brooks made JH buss his azz tonight.
