  1. Reed is above g league and below nba so kind JTA

  2. No just the one that damaged us for two years with Westbrook

  3. levantoo

It’s crazy to me that 5 of those 6 dudes we traded are all vet minimum contracts now. Unbelievable.

  4. CoryGotLean

Thomas Bryant wasn’t terrible as a Laker. Him asking to get traded due to AD taking his minutes turned out to be hilarious since he’s now playing behind Jokic.

  5. Exact-Permission5319

Beverly is the kind of player who can change your culture into a defensive-oriented team. You can’t underestimate his impact. Every team loves to have him and hates playing against him.

  6. scifier2

None of those on the list that went out were under any team control for next year while everyone on the list that came in except DLo is subject to team control in some way next year should the Lakers want them to stay. This helps a lot for continuity going into next year. Lakers could have 11 guys back next year from this team. Much better than 2 or 3 vets and everyone else on 1 year vet minimums.

  7. Imagine how many people there are in our 2022-2023 championship team

  8. InnsmouthConspirator

You’re ahead.. if you don’t count what happened before (Westbrook trade, letting go of Caruso and Zubock for literally nothing.)

  9. IceInMyMainVein

Traded a bunch of bums for some actual depth. Kinda shocked the rest of the league hasn’t complained yet

  10. Resident_Frame

More evidence that Rob is a good ass GM but paired with Jeanie, he looks horrible.

  11. JourneyMan2585

Y’all really need to learn how to spell. Reddit posts make my head hurt.

  12. odaschox

Those second rounders we got with Reed better turn into something real good this off season

  13. Loose vs lose is one of my biggest pet peeves.

  14. aswedishfish

We didn’t loose any of these trades because they were tight

  15. Cryptoking824

Idk know how Rob robbed these other teams but damn that’s a hell of a turn around. 🔥🤯

  16. SecondDread8426

That’s cause Robert Todd Pelinka Jr. is a generational monster at ruining other organizations future. This man is undefeated in that department. Sorry just the truth, our team has depth and more players under the age of 27 years old. We went from a retirement home to a powerhouse in the future. Just wait.

  17. powpowpowpowpow

The team had a very strong chance of being a bottom dweller for years, I feel so much more positive about them. I can imagine Lebron have a protracted retirement tour now. Play him 20 minutes at power forward almost like Kareem’s last years. Give him 3 extra years doing this.

  18. dreamwalker3334

The Lakers fan screamed 10 days after they happened

BTW, it’s lose, you should know how to spell “lose” correctly if you’re sharing on a text based platform

  19. Bipolar1324

I had high hopes for nunn man I’m still disappointed

  20. Tkainzero

We traded 2 players who could play for 4 players who can play. Huge upgrade

  21. an4lf15ter

Wish we could have kept Thomas Bryant. Was huge for us to stay afloat when AD was out

  22. Transluminal_light

TB is more offensively skilled than Mo, but guys are scared to attack the rim when Mo is in. TB didn’t even make them think twice.

  23. itsyaboikuzma

We lost the Bryant for Reed trade. Reed is unplayable in regular season games let alone playoff games. Bryant might be a terrible defender but he was having a career year stretch on offense, 13ppg on over 70% TS in those starts. We got 3 2nd round picks back but we didn’t do anything with them, and ultimately kept 4 2nd rounders after the trade deadline.

We only did it because he requested out, but that was still a loss

  24. Double_Can1488

    R u serious?
    Reed x bryant????????????

  25. Miserable_Site_850

Pat bev move will come back to bite on that fat ass, watch 👀

  26. meisterwolf

pelinka did it. he got us into this mess in the first place but at least he reversed course

  27. motorboat_mcgee

I’d say we lost the Thomas Bryant trade, but he wanted out and we helped him with that, so…?

  28. grandma_corrector

Yeah if you ignore the first round draft pick then it looks like you’re fleecing them

  29. Shoeguy24

Lose. And yes – we def did well with this trade.
