So you saying they should trade Steph 🤔
Imagine bringing Steph off the bench 🤡
Poole only plays better without Steph because he basically has free reign to launch however many shots as he wants, leading to more points. He doesn’t consistently put up huge numbers when Steph is playing for good reason
Well there can be no question that Warriors need to bring Curry off the bench from now on.
🤷🏾♂️ Why was Steve asked such a question regarding a Young Steph finding his way shooting? We all know he inherited the Warriors after Mark Jackson made them great…
I felt Steph should've came off the bench
Well actually, If you look at their hot start last season, you'll notice that poole was putting up all-star numbers until the return of Klay, and he played better without Klay. No disrispect, but if I was Steve Kerr, I would bring Klay off the bench.
Is Steph going the manu route
Poole needs to put on his big boy pants and figure out how to mesh his game with the greatest point guard in the modern era, maybe ever. He never should and never will start over Steph Curry.
Why she look like the female jordan poole
This season with or without Steph his shooting has been poor.
First off imagine getting top from Kendra. She got that face
This is some nonsense he's inefficient no matter who's in the lineup. It's just who he is and probably always will be he's more of a Jamal Crawford type. Electric but inconsistent.
Too bad for Poole. Steph ain’t going nowhere.
Ofc, Poole getting more touches and not reliant to Steph when out. I think Kerr should fix the minutes of them playing together. If all healthy. Steph, Klay, Wiggs, Dray, Looney is indeed the Starting 5. 1st sub you'll do is to replace Steph with Poole playing the rest of the starters then if you want to replace Klay, Steph should come back in for him and lead the 2nd unit. You need to make sure to have 2 out of these 3 players (Steph, Poole, Klay) on the floor always.
Line up combinations I'm wanting to see (situationals)
Fluid Offense:
Curry, Divincenzo, Klay, Wiggins, Dray
Spit Fire:
Curry, Poole, Klay, Wiggins, Dray
Clutch:
Curry, Klay, Divincenzo, Wiggins, Looney
Defense:
Divincenzo, Klay, Payton, Kuminga, Dray
Big:
Divincenzo, Klay, Wiggs, Dray, Looney
Fresh legs:
Curry, Payton, Lamb, Kuminga, J. Green
When the warriors go real small with a lineup of curry,Poole,Thompson,Wiggins, green I’ve seen Poole be great
I don't know what she is trying to say, she wants to trade steph, I would like to know what she is looking at, Poole can't defense and rebound can't shoot good, what is she looking at,
Wrong, Poole plays better without Klay
By FG% / 3P% / plus minus for this season so far:
Steph: 49% / 43% / +152
Klay: 43% / 41% / +123
Dray: 52% / 32% / +206
Donte: 43% / 41% / +73
Poole : 43% / 33% / -23
Got these numbers from statmuse out of curiosity and just putting them here for anyone who also care about efficiency and plus minus over a 64-game sample size.
We should’ve kept everyone else and got rid of Poole or used him as a sign and trade. Poole’s ceilings is where he is. He isn’t elite defensively.
This is the kind of take that tells me that they aint watching the games. When poole is dropping 25 plus, he is doing it with ill-timed turnovers, inefficient shot selection, and usually a bad +-.
There is NO aspect of the warriors offense that is better without Steph. Anyone saying otherwise should probably start watching a different sport because basketball aint it
Good comments by Kendra. But Kerr has said that Poole is too skilful and that is affecting his decision making. As he gets older and calm down those will reduce
