To give up all those pieces that battled the Warriors few years ago and potentially build long term for 2 superstars who’ve not even showed up majority the time to play hurts big time.
Clippers has a deep bench but with the chemistry is all off. They can't win with star power and players going for numbers. Westbrook will need to slow his game down for Kawhi to play his game. Paul George is a decent fit with Westbrook but Westbrook will need to do all other things like defense, setting tempo, play making and aggression in the paint.
Why would you put faith in the Clippers. They have never won anything. Never been to the NBA finals. Not even once…
