1:05 is a discontinued dribble. If you're running down a loose ball, you're supposed to get ONE "control bounce" before you pick it up, and then you can still dribble the ball. Kawhi had at least two here, and it looks like in fact he had full possession. That's how he got to the rim so easily. Defender wasn't expecting a basic rule to be waived without notice. You see him look at the ref like WTF 😂
