It’s one thing to recognize it, it’s another if he’ll actually do it. We’ll see in less than 9 hours from now.

At least he is taking ownership of his fault

I think the more damning quote is Wes Unseld denying that the offense has become predictable

I’ve heard him say “it’s on me” about those “damn turnovers” and we all know how that’s going.

WUJ would never admit being wrong because if he does, then I’d assume Beal will get him fired ASAP.

I still think WUJ lacks a “feeling” to do the game, knowing when to take timeouts, knowing when to sub in or sub out players.

Insisting on the two bigs lineup is a testament to it. As well as, his fixation on some rotations during the game, and not adapting to situations. WUJ had some good moments this season, but on average I’d say he isn’t a good coach, to say the least.

Teams already figured that out we are bad at protecting the perimeter, and I even mentioned it as one of the keys for the Hawks to win us last time, and hell they delivered.

In today’s NBA, unless your 2 bigs are really agile on defense & can shoot, they are a liability.

I think Gafford is the way better defender between the two, he changes plenty of shots that you don’t see in the statistics, but he isn’t spacing the paint, as he cannot shoot from a distance as KP does.

Not to mention that our bigs are just below average at rebounding in comparison to their size & skill set.

Look what happened to Clint Capela in the game, he maybe had a season-low in rebounds (it’s been years since had just 3 rebounds in a single game), but he is still relatively agile & can guard the perimeter well for his size (6’10” – like Gafford).

Can’t wait to hear this song and dance for the next five years
