We ain’t making no fucking playoffs

  2. I’m sure everyone will share the blame in making dumbass mistakes and missing crucial FTs, people definitely won’t dogpile on one player.

  3. Audiophiler

Another fucking classic from Brad. One of the biggest choke artists I’ve ever seen. What exactly do the Wizards do in practice? Can never get the fundamentals down, can’t run plays during crunch time, and can barely string together a few passes without getting a turnover. They’re easily one of the most incompetent teams in the NBA and it’s time to seriously consider letting WUJ go in the offseason.

  4. flynnscorruptedmind

WUJ should be on a terrorist watchlist

  5. GrundyHD

I’ll be shocked if we even make the play ins at this point.

  6. pbndoats

kisper hits 3, gets benched for rest of the game next play

  7. TopOfTheKey

I’m just here to throw hands against people that continue to blame Beal in the clutch when he’s been the only player that looks somewhat competent in the final minutes of a game on the offensive end.

Not subbing in Kispert to at least force Atlanta to react is a fireable offense from WUJ.

  8. Jewdah18

I blame Deni. If he had been perfect from the field they would have gone to overtime.

  9. Solid-Confidence-966

This one isn’t on Brad tbh. He found the open man in crunch time and played great defense as well. Would’ve liked to see him go up a little bit softer on that layup though

  10. MagyarFoci29

Let Tommy Sheppard (best GM in the league; never lost a trade) cook. We’re going to win the rest of our regular season games and get a 6 seed or better guaranteed.

And if we don’t, we still have a chance at Wemby! All a part of Tommy’s mastermind plan. When we win we win, when we lose we win. Greatness

  11. Incoming “I have to be better, it starts with me” quote

  12. LesDiablesRouges

A good coach makes adjustments, especially when patterns are becoming clear about certain player and team tendencies at the end of games.

Wes does not in-game and he does not game-to-game.

Beal is not clutch and I blame him 50% for this bullshit hero ball at the end of games, which end with him missing shots or turning the ball over. But, I also blame Wes 50% because he has to fucking change the late-game strategies because they are clearly not working and we are blowing games.

Talk about creating an easy pathway for both KP and Kuz to walk…..

    Come on.

I am so sick of this bullshit.

  13. SelfLoathingWizfan

That was a team loss but harpers gonna harp

  14. So many chances down the stretch but missed open 3s and missed FTs.

  15. Long-Ad7366

I’m sitting on the floor. I Asked gafford if we was on the bed tonight, he said “unfortunately no” lol

  16. Aggravating-Ad9796

Can’t lie refs wasn’t really giving us no calls all game it was only for the hawks

  17. TheBeastman34

Might as well start giving away tickets at Giant when you buy select marked bottles of Mambo Sauce. Really some dark times we are in where we can look just good enough to hide the fact that we are actually an awful team with no pathway to success with the mess our front office has put together. As long as Beal is on the roster and Ted owns the team we will NEVER be good.

  18. BrokeArchaeologist

Seemed like Kuz really fell short the last couple minutes. That’s all the game I caught, but he missed 2 wide open 3s and a FG. What did I miss tonight???

  19. indi1988

Beal is not the guy to get you multiple quick 2’s at the end of games. He will always do something goofy and miss and the game is over. Should have just shot a 3 down 3 at least you have a chance then.

  20. Fans don’t even care about wins and losses anymore. Fans are just tired of seeing the same thing. LOSE DIFFERENT. Play a different lineup at the end. Let somebody else have a shot. Let the other guys develop.

  21. Extent_Thick

There should be no way that you have Beal, Kuz, and KP on the same team, playing at the level that they’re playing and still lose how we’re losing. It’s damn near impossible to guard all 3. I think Unseld is in over his head.

  22. drmbrthr

The whole team has confidence issues. We had so many chances to tie it up. Monte bricked the wide open 3. KP missed a fucking FT. Kuzma stepped out of bounds and missed a good look at a 3.

Can’t blame it on any one guy.

Defense could have been better early in 4th quarter. But otherwise they fought hard and just missed a lot of high % shots.

Digging ourselves a hole now in the standings. Bummer.

  23. latterdaysasuke

This is definitely one of the Wizards games of all time.

  24. Hacktivist690

That brutal stretch where Kuz and Montè missed successive open three’s, split a pair and Kuz stepping on the sideline was killer. And then KP who shoots like 90% from the line picked a shit time to miss one which could have drastically altered how endgame was approached.

Beal, what can we say. He actually played better in the clutch this time with some clutch defense and made adjustments, even passed the ball to KP inside which led to the split. I actually wish he just jacked up a three and played the odds instead of that wild shot, wasn’t as clear a path as the previous one. On the Hawks sub they’re calling him 2x MVP Hawks legend Bradley Beal now.

  25. LesDiablesRouges

Really starting to question WUJ’s ability to be an above average coach in this league.

  26. XxStormySoraxX

Do you guys feel like Porzingis is a better player than Beal at this point?

  27. BetterLeftUnsung

What this team needs is players that can make 3s and can play defense. Where’s KCP when you need him

  28. eternal_student78

Do these two Atlanta games feel like a turning point to anyone else? Like, this is the moment when the season became irredeemably bad?

  29. HarambeStood69

    Hey Ted,

This is a path to nowhere.

    Signed,

A Fan Who Wants a Championship

  30. Quick_Work_263

I hope Ted takes a good look in the mirror this off-season. We can’t consistently beat play in teams like the raptors and hawks, yet we’re building a contender here? We’re just one piece away?

“Just wait til our guys are healthy”

We’ve seen a healthy big three against this play-in competition and they can’t get it done when the team needs it. The bench has been no help on the offensive end as well. The whole thing needs to start over, and be rebuilt right.

  31. MrBuckBuck

Imagine having Beal, KP, and Kuzma in your squad, and no way close to guaranteeing a playoffs spot, so far into the season.

  32. i HATE this team. they make me so miserable. fuck.

  33. xHESKEYx

After these last two games it should be crystal clear to everyone what the ceiling of this core is. This is a 36 win roster, and that’s been true since preseason. Porzingis has never been better or healthier, Brad has rarely been this efficient. Gaff, Kispert, and Delon have had really good seasons. Generally speaking, we’ve avoided the injury bug. AND YET despite all that we’re in the fight of our lives for the 10th seed?

This franchise has a loser mindset from
top to bottom. Did you all see the graphic they put up during the Rod Strickland interview? *Which team would win in a seven game series, the 97-98 Wizards or the 13-14 wizards?* Bro those teams won a combined 86 games!! Is that really what passes for success for these chumps?

I don’t know who’s dumber, the Jabronis who run this clown show or me for giving them 25 years of my life. I guess I shouldn’t have expected more from the strategic mind behind AOLs free trial CDs. SMH.

This team needs a leader. Someone to push everyone and sets a good example. Beal isn’t that guy. That’s why I wish Russ stayed.
