Despite Nikola Jokic’s (37 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists) 26th triple-double of the season and 102nd of his career, the Denver Nuggets fall to the San Antonio Spurs, 128-120. Keldon Johnson recorded 23 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists for the Spurs, while Doug McDermott added 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 3PM in the victory. The Spurs improve to 17-49 on the season, while the Nuggets fall to 46-21.

    Nuggets lose to either the Lakers or Wolves in the first round no bench production no defense Malone gets terminated very bad loss for the Nuggets get beat blown out by the worst team in west Spurs Jokic doesn't play good enough defense to be MVP he can score pass rebound can't play defense

    One loss to the spurs and all these haters went crazy sayin "JoKiC sHoUlDn'T bE mVp bEcAusE oF thIs lOSs to SpuRs", look at the other losses of the "mvp" candidates:
    Giannis lost to Hornets 138-109 only scoring 9points in January 7, lost on Rockets by 7 points in December 12, and lost back-to-back games against Heat
    Embiid lost to both Orlando by 10 and Okc by 19 in January, he also lost to Spurs way back in October
    Tatum lost twice to Orlando, and lost against Thunder by a lot
    Doncic lost to the Detroit, and before you use the "bUt dOnCic Is LiTerraLy cArryInG, he HaD NO HeLp", Tim Hardaway and Wood scored 26 and 25, and the only scorers that scored more than 10 points has higher points combined than Nuggets players that scored more than 10, meaning Dallas played better that game than Nuggets and Dallas still lost. "WhAt aBouT THe oTheR lUka'S TeaMMAtes?" They did shit and so did Jokic's.
    The point is y'all already bringing down Jokic from the MVP tier just because of one game, that every other MVP candidate have been through.

    Jokic broke his triple double 25-0 win streak. 

    All the haters on the last Nuggets video were saying he's stat padding to keep it going, but judging by this game, he didn't care.

    Yo wtf 🤬🤬 losing to the bulls and spurs, 2 teams the nuggets habd no busy losing too, they better go on a 7-9 game winning streak after these last 2 showings, really disappointed by this team lately
