Bradley Beal isn’t really looking at WUJ or seems to listen to him during the clutch intermissions & timeouts at the bench. I clipped only 2 out of a few in the 4th (I’ve got things to do), in others he did seem to listen, but with a negative body language (like he was forced to)

  1. Nice find, I noticed the same thing. Checking his nails for 30 seconds straight and making sure to not to even glance over once. You can see WUJ check him real quick a couple times, but then immediately shift his focus to Kuz when he sees Beal is zoned out.

I’m sure it can be dismissed as “oh, he’s just focusing on the task at hand”, but to me it was very telling. Other players notice, and it’s undermining to the coach.

Instead of blaming the couch blame the guy that gets paid max and still acts like a diva instead of giving back to the team that gave him everything he wanted

Get this bum out of here already. Cant stand his ass

Not sure whether this is more Coach’s fault or Brad’s. Probably best to just move on from them both.

Can’t wait to watch a Beal-less wizards. However long it takes, I’m so excited

Damn, I guess “Everybody eats” no longer applies when you have a supermax contract.

Beal got the clout to put some heat on tommy to make a move on WUJ….IF there is indeed something there.

This organization is poverty. Worst run team in the entire league. Ted doesn’t care because he’s making money regardless.

*I’ll say this…things would drastically improve if they can find a way to get rid of Beal. However, the NTC makes things a tad bit more difficult than it should be.

  8. Kuzma not listening either if we are using this logic

  9. Dan__Glesak

Brad’s thoughts, “I’m gonna dribble the ball off my foot so MF hard….”

  10. Beal and shitty attitude/bad body language has been a consistent thing for years, that’s who he is. Not angry, not frustrated, like you might see from real leaders around the league, just petulant like a teenager forced to go to church.

Sup, Oh yeah, Fo sho…Mr. Beal is arrogant….Just as John Wall about “Let’s run-it-back” Or Dinwiddie about “Brad Luther King” lockerroom speeches only to choke in the clutch.
Brad has given the stink-eye to Kuz on the court setting up for a free throw….
Please remember Brad wanted Sam Cassell, not Wes…but he didn’t fuss cus he wanted that bag…
    Arrogant, now Company Man Beal….

Went to the game last night, first time I’ve been able to see him live this year. It’s so noticeable when you watch him from the stands, dude just looks over it. Walking away from teammates, half-heartedly fiving them back. Kristaps, Gafford, Morris, Deni, Kispert, they’re out there going for it and seem to be either having fun or to really want to win. Beal and Kuz to a degree just seem like they need to go at this point.

He’s been doing this for years. Cutting a frustrated figure when things aren’t going his way.. pouting, flailing his arms, sitting there dejected. This is Brad Beal, $250m anointed ‘team leader’ and ‘best player’.

    Fraud.

Conspiracy Bill here. What if Beal realizes the only realistic way this team gets better next year is to keep their draft pick and is therefore stealth tanking?

  15. PabloSanchezHOF

tough to root for a fellow who acts so disinterested and then says all the stupid platitudes about leadership after the game to the press

I do not deny his skill and shooting 50% but Beal has to go. Beal has always been about himself with his pretentious wife. Never been a fan and hope he requests a trade. Ridiculous he’s one of, if not, the highest paid players in the league. Wiz in a nutshell
