  1. Sorry for no Bill and Stu, wanted to highlight some of the nicer things the Pels guys said about AR.

Reaves hitting off dribble 3s and stepbacks this many times in a single game is super awesome.

  2. Apollo611

Imagine Reaves in 2 years. He better still be here too.

  3. xanderpy

I love AR and the scoring he brings off the bench but his handle is clumsy at times. Every time he drives to the hoop I get a bit anxious. If he can work on that, he will be amazing. Otherwise, I still like him coming off the bench.

Austin has this magical hat of moves by all-time greats – Dame step-back 3, Julius Erving reverse, Kobe post and fadeaway, Tim Hardaway Sr. crossover, etc.

That’s what it feels like when he’s in his bag lol

  5. Rentfreelakerfan

Y’all need to look up his college highlights…. he’s been doing this.

  6. CrazyAzn23

Love the hair comb after hitting the 3… AR got some swag moves!

  7. That step back in BI was a thing of beauty. BI long af and basically was an open shot for him.

  8. he is the lakers 3rd best player, even with dlo. consistent. calm. he should easily be a starter if he has an ego.

  9. LeBrons7thRing

Not to rag on the guy, admittedly I’m also not his biggest fan but the Lakers should let Dennis go next year. I think it will be big for Reaves development since he would be lead playmaker off the bench. More touches and playmaking opportunities

Every team has 2-3 primary ball handlers and with the development Reaves has shown this season he may be able to become one. Bron, DLo, and Reaves for next season should be solid

  10. 20190229

He definitely did not have that step back last year

  11. kindalikeacoustic

I appreciate commentators giving praise to opposing teams . Lets me know these guys know the game.

  12. SilverSpoonCleaner

It’d be nice to have him as a Laker his whole career.

Not a lot of players nowadays stay with their first team. We need to see Austin become the Lakers’ perennial starter, eventually becoming our Udonis Haslem when he gets really old.

  13. boringguy96

Can’t wait for Phil to get an off-season and training camp with D’lo and Rui. Esp Rui, he needs to tighten up his iso and handling.

  14. 40ozofOldeEnglish

Reaves has such a crazy arc on his shot

There was one that he threw up in the 2nd half of the game last night that had Bill and Stu amazed

  15. allkindsofmamba

He’s definitely got that dog in him.

  16. 40866892

Was already and Austin Reaves fan, but take a look at his career progression, holy moly.

Dude’s percentages have all gone up from his rookie year and he’s scoring over 11 points on 7 shot attempts (51.4% overall)

Austin Reaves is **hyper efficient**. What a steal!

  17. Those are exactly the shots I want him to take consistently, it would be great for his development to be at 15-18 ppg scorer year in and year out

  18. OrionFucks

67% True Shooting, all i needed to see. they better not let him go i swear to god

  19. pm_your__ladyparts

Deepest bag in Lakers history, no exaggeration

  20. Chriscustomkicks

Wtf he didn’t have any of this last year . Niceeeee

  21. Bro he’s barely taken any halfcourt pull-up 3s all season and he splashed 3 of them in this game

  22. Fridaywing

That last shot over Ingram. I’m like “wtf. Reaves can do that?!” Fucking oozes with confidence. Doing stepback 3s in front of the slim reaper.

  23. Dirtylittlesecret88

That step back was nice at the end. Reminds me of Luka and how he lulls you to sleep and then bang.

  24. Willxzero

The 2 biggest improvements I’ve seen this season are AR, and Rui since the trade. When did AR develop that step back? If he can make that consistently that’s a game changer for him. With Rui, it looks like they’ve made him more in control and stopped him from doing the out of control stuff he does every now and then. When he makes the correct pass and shoots his mid-range, he really helps the team.

  25. _OfficialProta

Whole lot of Goran Dragic in his game.

  26. LALoverBOS

Na na na the travesty of not watching the Lakers on Spectrum. I hate watching the Lakers without Stu Lantz and Bill McDonald

  27. Jamo1129

I feel like anyone who knew him from college knows he always had these in his bag. However, being a role player in the NBA restricts him from doing things like this. His confidence is sky high right now so he is just slowly unleashing that fucking dawg in him! haha

  28. dogvenom

He’s Craig Ehlo v2.0 (Mr. Everything). Love his game

  29. OrganicPancakeSauce

Shit, man… he’s looking too good out there. He’s gonna be gone come summer 😭

  30. He’s just a BALLER… That step back over BI was *filthy*

  31. awibasedgod

if you go back and watch him at Oklahoma, you can see this was always there. He just needed to find the confidence to play his game (not a lot of UDFAs have his green light) while getting his body better prepared for the league

  32. CrispyVibes

That Harden style stepback shot looks really good.

  33. RobbieD02

Can’t wait for the lakers to Alex Caruso him and let him go next season

  34. groceriesN1trip

    Broooooooooo

#IF THEY DONT EXTEND HIM WE SWEAR TO GAWD

  35. flashdash007

Minutes in the playoffs and probable closing lineup:

    1. Lebron

    2. AD

    3. Reaves

    4. Vandy

    5. Troy Brown
