If he would of asked Michael Jordan to join him in 1999, Jordan might’ve joined. But of course Reggie Miller would never ask for Jordan’s help. But I wish Jordan would of joined the Pacers for the 1999 instead of retiring just to return a year later for that dog water wizards teams.

As a kid I was a Knicks fan, those Pacers teams from the 90’s had some of the most fearless players on them. Man I hated them. But as I got older I realized I would love to see a team like that in todays NBA. Unfortunately it’s a different game today. Everyone’s soft, no defense you have suburban dudes thinking they’re tough because they have money. It’s a weird time

Reggie would love playing with today's players (with the exception of guys like Ja Morant). A lot more maturity, have more things in line with their lives post-playing, and of course it suits Reggie's playstyle more.
That early 2000s basketball wasn't for Reggie, all that isolation hero ball and the urban/street vibes was something he didn't enjoy.

Jackson bust his ass to get in the league, but to say them going in the stands showed him when you had whole teams from the 60's and 70's and 80's throughout sports who went into the stands to fight. So you throw teammates under the bus. Duke you got old. We all do. But to put it off on them is bullshit
