  1. Dinwiddie 3/8 FTS. He complains all game and when he gets to the line he can’t even make them 😂😂

  2. BelonyInMyLeftPocket

Im so glad Ruocco brought it up on the broadcast tonight – Dinwiddie complaining is a big problem. We saw tonight how it literally shifted the momentum of this game. Spence, I appreciate you, but you’re just not good enough to be complaining about calls and playing through them. You’re not KD.

Frustrating as hell loss. It wasn’t just Spence. Rotations were all over the place, 3s wouldn’t fall, more offensive lulls, and as always, rebounding and 2nd chance points is our achilles heel. But it’s these games that remind you that this team, very clearly, needs a training camp and more reps. We see the potential with this group constantly. If you’re bummed about this loss going into the playoffs, just know that there’s a brighter future ahead.

  3. A_Polite_Noise

Well, damn. Expected result, but thought the Kings being on a B2B might get us a win. And it. was winnable. Bad 2nd quarter and a lot of missed open looks in the 4th; either of those go the other way, it’s a W. But such is not the world we live in.

    I’ll catch y’all next game! =)

  4. birdentap

Din not getting back on defense to complain is such a bad look

  5. nickybishappy

In a game we couldn’t crack 100 points cam thomas can’t get any minutes? What am I missing

  6. Relatively inefficient game from Bridges shooting wise tonight but the offense is night and day when he’s controlling the ball vs Dinwiddie

  7. ThePessimisticBella

Kessler Edwards, you could’ve played like that more in Brooklyn you know 😂

  8. Groady_Wang

Fuck Dinwiddie. How you gonna sell the entire game bitch about fouls and still brick all those FTs.

  9. noj23815

Spencer has Westbrook on lakers vibes… just losing plays all around

  10. kumquat731

I hate these refs as much as the next guy but Dinwiddie better not cry about any missed calls anymore if he’s gonna be a worse free throw shooter than Claxton and Simmons. Light the beam I guess. Let’s go beat Denver two Sunday afternoons in a row.

  11. Probably losing against the Nuggets on Sunday too.

  12. nickybishappy

Dinwiddie is awful and I’m so ready for this fanbase to move on from the 2019 squad

  13. EliManningham

I’m sorry to keep saying it, but I genuinely don’t see the difference between Spencer and Westbrook right now. His shooting splits are almost identical to Russ with the Lakers, outside of free throw percentage.

It’s just all the negative intangibles I can’t stand.

  14. 57-41 rebounds. We need our backup big to be good otherwise when Clax isn’t in we get killed. And hopefully we can find a 4 that’s a good rebounder to help Clax out.

  15. Can’t believe they let Robert Pattinson’s cousin beat them🤧

  16. SixthFan

The Kings had 16 more rebounds than us, 10 more offensive rebounds. Very disappointing for a team full of lengthy wings.

The defense showed up for the most part but we couldn’t buy any wide open 3s, and Spence was just a brickfest from the ft line.

  17. zestysnacks

I know everyone gonna blame dinwiddie, but we were literally out rebounded and had a bad shooting night. We weren’t able to capitalize on that long stretch of stops in Q4. Yeah dinwiddie bricked some FTs but it shouldn’t come down to that

  18. LUFC_shitpost

We sold 2nd quarter. Refs sold 3rd quarter. Dinwiddie sold with the free throws. Overall, hard to be happy when you’re the better team for 36 minutes and lose.

Also, freeing up roster space for a back up big by giving up Kessler Edwards for free is another Sean Marks masterstroke /s. That space turned into Nerlens Noel and then Moses Brown. Can see Kessler Edwards being a great 3 and D player.

  19. mylowerbackhurts

Yall gonna be happy when Ben comes back at point guard. Cant take stupid shots if you don’t shoot

  20. Lol I’ve never seen a player complain as much as Dinwiddie.. and I mean it’s after every single time he endures any sort of contact… completely fucks up the pace of game…. Vaughn has to do something about his minutes he’s costing us games now

  21. longPAAS

Someone needs to tell sumner that fouling isn’t defense

  22. just_so_irrelevant

Step #1 is getting this fucking team to start trying to rebounding. I get that a lot of teams just beat us when it comes to height but literally every game we get killed by our players not boxing out or running back after every play, or on the other hand you have situations where for some reason it’s fucking Seth or Sumner in the paint trying to get rebounds over guys a whole foot taller than them. It’s frustrating and stupid. Our guys need to be better.

But for what it’s worth I can tell that a lot of these communication/playstyle issues are because our guys are all previously role players. Most of these guys did nothing but shoot 3s on the offensive end so now that they have to play on a team with no obvious star they are all struggling to deal with that larger responsibilty/role. Even with Mikal you can see him passing out of so many situations where it would be perfect for him to score and you can tell that despite his new role as the #1 option he is still playing like a role player. Gonna take a while for that mentality to shift entirely.

P.S. Where was this performance from Kessler in Brooklyn, or in Long Island. WTF man 😂

  23. LUFC_shitpost

0 Offensive rebounds and 0 second chance points, kill me

  24. Maybeiliketheabuse

Tough break. Off night from Mikel. If he had another one of his hot shooting games you guys would’ve beaten one of the elite teams in the league. As a Suns fan I root for you guys every game.

  25. man_in_sheep_costume

Sabonis really highlighting how bad we are in the paint.

  26. Nic Claxton has not been good enough starting center for us recently.

  27. kvasiiir

Honestly? Am not too bothered about how this season ends, we have a good foundation for the next, and a few tradeable contracts and picks. We can fix this roster easily

  28. NoRosesXVX

Only scoring 96 points with a 40 piece sitting on the bench. Why is our team identity Dinwiddie hero ball. I was having so much more fun losing with Cam going off for 40. Dinwiddie gets rewarded by being a little bitchass with the most minutes on the team. Fuck this directionless team man.

  29. RedFutureMonarch

really don’t miss Linwiddie at all

  30. ThePessimisticBella

The only silver lining for this game was Yuta NOT playing garbage time minutes. He did contribute well during his limited minutes. #FreeYuta

  31. SweetJumpy

We definitely need a starting point guard for next season, but we also require a power forward with appropriate size.

Although Claxton is a talented big man, we struggle to keep our defensive rebounds when he has to close out on the perimeter

  32. I wish we could have seen what this defense could be if we had Ime coaching, say what you want about the guy but with the defensive guys we have on this team he would be perfect

  33. BushwickNormie

honestly i was at the game and i joined in on the “light the beam” chant at the end. gg. nets just didnt want it

  34. Padulsky21

Give Sumner more minutes please. He can at least stabilize somewhat as a downhill PG and is the only other PG we got

  35. ArgentoVeta

Kinda karmic that Cam publicly complained about Nash and his lack of playing time only to be given an even shorter leash with Vaughn

  36. ArgentoVeta

    Dinwiddie I love ya

But you can’t complain that much to the refs

  37. CheetahWoods

That was an extremely frustrating game to watch. Hoping for some changes in the off-season..until then, hope the Nets can pull out 6-7 wins to avoid play in.

  38. shhmoney

Idk why we won’t just abandon the switching with Clax just have him stay home. He doesn’t need to chase every block and leave the rim. At least try it for a couple of games

  39. MathematicianFun2961

The pieces we got in the Irving trade have been unspectacular
DFS can just hit open 3s, amazing defender but we need a playmaker for him, he can’t do anything else
Dinwiddie needs to stop complaining and make some fts. He’s causing fast breaks for the other team by bitching all the time. Wish he would be the sixth man.
Why put Sumner in If he’s just going to stay in the corner?

  40. Our shooting has been off these past two games. Very winnable game, we just couldn’t find a way to score

  41. raidersclnj

Got rekt in the paint on both ends of the floor. Rotation is awful, offense is basically a 3pt contest. Royce should never ever dribble the ball. Seth is bringing the ball up the floor when he’s mainly a spot up shooter.

  42. Supreme_God_Bunny

Idc what anyone says I miss kd and kyrie lol
