Contrary to popular belief a small shift in the elbow can alter a shot, i don’t think this is an example of a soft call, it was a light tap but he still touched him on the shot , he didn’t move his hand it got brushed back by Derozan’s elbow… at the end of the day Fox saves the game

Why did they stop play to review the shot after the 3? It was so clearly a 3? He was a whole foot behind the line. They just giving the Bulls a chance to set up at that point

He gently touched the shooter's arm trying to mess with the shot. It's a foul no matter the force of the contact at that point, you're only allowed to block the ball itself.

Theres another angle that shows Barnes hand get hit by derozans elbow. Probably did nothing to influence the shot but they've called that a foul for decades. Barnes shouldnt have put his hand in the position for DeRozan to rise up into it. They've always called that a foul
