The NBA finished their investigation into Ja Morant flashing a gun on an Instagram Live video and has suspended the Memphis Grizzlies star eight games for conduct detrimental to the league. My late father and I were best friends, but we made one thing clear years ago that he will always be my father first, above all else. Ja’s father doesn’t seem like the type to make a bottom line. My father and I’s closeness made it even easier for him to tell me when I was wrong, easier to speak the truth because we had a mutual respect and mutual understanding of our roles even when our bond exceeded beyond those roles. Love their relationship but they need to sit down away from everybody and simply speak man to man, father to son, or the fathers going to lose Ja to the very streets he kept him from.

When someone says, "WE need to do better" it's usually a deflection. It shows that the person saying that doesn't want to accept responsibility for their actions. It's like when a little kid gets in trouble and the kid says but Timmy was doing the same thing! The parent doesn't care about Timmy's decision making skills they care about their kid's.
Skip lets you talk without interruption but Shannon can't let skip finish his takes. Shannon needs to have his own show where he gets to take over the conversations because he doesn't have the patience to do a show with another host. He needs to just do radio only where he can talk and interrupt his callers with a mute button.
