Honestly I want to see the jazz play really well and have close games the rest of the year and still lose
Great questions today!
All I have to say is we better draft Zach Edey at some point.

I don't think people need to worry Lauri leaving as long as Jazz treat him somewhat decently.
He doesn't have the typical ego of a (super)star, he's being just a Finnish dude (with awesome basketball skills!). He have said in the interviews that he enjoys being now in a smaller place (so he probably wouldn't even want to go to LA for example) and he wants his family to have a stable place to call home and get comfortable with. He likes the organization and Hardy and have been given all the keys this season.
Also he said in the interview approximately this "of course the goal is to be in one team your whole career but it just didn't go that way" after being traded to Cavs. Well, Jazz is his third team and I'm not at all sure he wants to add more teams to that list š
Will Hardy doesn't force his players into these tight boxes or narrow roles but instead wants them to play the game as it was meant to be played. In turn, the players are more engaged, having fun and bringing their A game on the floor. šš„šµ
