Good win for having the shooting struggles.

But that Tatum 3 rn is a fucking YIKES.

Hope he finds his shot before the playoffs, but he is consistently contributing, regardless.

  2. I truly admire Damian Lillard’s loyalty to the city of Portland. What a player.

  3. mspantaloon

the Boston Celtics maintain a double digit lead for three quarters 🤩🤩🥳

  4. great win, they were never really in it despite Dame catching fire late in the game.

  5. zgamer200

Tatum with 34 FTAs over the last 2 games. Really good to see after he was averaging just 6.2 FTAs a game post-ASB.

Now if he could just figure out the 3 ball, but at this point I’ve come to terms with him being a 35% 3 point shooter, presumably because of all the other responsibilities he has on offense.

  6. RealKernschatten

The last two minutes took forever. On to Utah and another win.

  7. iamgarron

Hope the jays get their shots back. None of the 3s were bad. Just all happened to go in and out. This could’ve easily been a major blowout

  8. Dazzling_Mechanic_98

Lol free throws the game in that final stretch!! But credit to dame he’s a monster but I’m glad Cs win and hopefully we continue the road Ws tomorrow

  9. thetruth0102

We survived without Brogdon, we are back to having one of the deepest benches in the league

  10. Rimithel

Can we turn Tatum off and on again to see if that fixes his three point shooting?

  11. paper_read_murder

tatum’s been leaving so many 40 bombs on the table because of this shooting slump lmao

  12. BlueJays007

I’ll remind you guys that the Blazers almost beat Philly recently. Took a huge game winning shot from Embiid. Dame’s a monster.

It’s a game of runs. People freaking out about players’ mentalities because the Blazers cut it to 12 before we brought it back up again have way too high expectations for any team that’s not the KD Warriors.

  13. Good win by the Celtics. But also Dame had great effort at the end.

  14. CelticsPatsRedSox

35+ year old centers that recorded 10+ assists in a game: Pau, Duncan, Divac, Issel, Wilt, Russell, Horford.

    Al for HOF confirmed?

  15. Bluedeepdive57

What the hell is going on with Tatum’s shooting holy shit

  16. stargazing1111

Great bounce back game by Smart, back to his old self passing/making plays for others, hitting shots and picking up the defense/looking like his old DPOY self. What a difference it is when he’s at his best

  17. Distance_Motor

Everytime we are going through a rough patch, we seem to face the Blazers and get a win.

So what I am saying is, we should face them more often.

  18. lefebrave

Smart is back to his cool headed game on both ends to close out. Also 29 assists with good ball and player movement to get them. Two good things you would love to see if you are a Celtics fan. Dame was Dame for a while but I was never worried.

  19. Lucky13200

Comfortable win but man the turnovers were terrible didnt matter cause Portland isnt good but would like to see celtics start to play championship basketball

  20. nba123490

Good win, but still kind of feeling like the Celtics aren’t listening to their coach all that much. I feel like with how much energy JT came out with today we should have destroyed this team by 30.

  21. Not mad at a win but i feel like it’s been awhile since we’ve had a convincing win against a top 5 team

edit: was not implying blazers are good.

  22. JPD050409

Trailblazers fan coming in peace. I got you guys winning it all this year your squad is damn good.

Every now and then i check opposing teams threads and its usually a lot of petty shit talk about Dame, but you guys seem to give him a lot of love, thats really cool as hell…hes the only bright spot on our team this year and its crazy he wants to stay.

Since this is the last game we see yall this year, gl in the finals! Rootin for ya

  23. CofTheEast

Tatum with another double digit rebound game 🤩

  24. tittiegod

what in gods name has happened to this team’s perimeter shooting

  25. the_spinetingler

I like this new free-throw-shooting JT trend

  26. Kbrichmo

It was a Hoosiers night so i couldn’t watch, seems like a good win but howd we actually look?

  27. Ziggyork

Was at the game tonight! I got a little nervous when Blazers cut it to 8 but overall a nice win. Sat behind a woman who’s been coming to Blazers games since 1970! Said she has an original Bill Walton jersey, and her comment was “Yeah, that and $3.50 will get ya a cup of coffee”. LOL! Guy sitting behind me talked about how his went to school with Pritchard. And his best friend played with Pritchard all through high school and college. When I asked what he was like, the guy said back then Payton would show up to a party, hang for one hour, then leave to go workout and get some shots up! At 11pm…or whatever time it was! Dude was always a hard worker!

  28. acrossthe_ocean

I will give this team credit where it’s due – this was a solid game. I only wish they kept this energy up every night, but this was a good win. Lillard is just incredible too

  29. Aregisteredusername

Celtics fans were in attendance tonight hardcore. I walked in with a friend to the first Tatum free throws and it was loud MVP chants, fans repeatedly broke out “let’s go Celtics” chants that were very, very noticeable. Good time.

  30. I love wish Marcus plays like this 82 games a year

  31. I wish Marcus plays like this 82 games a year

  32. MissingInBrain

I was at the game tonight. Night and day, Blazers and the Cs. The bench of Portland was quiet. Cs were having fun. Celtics are definitely frustrated with each other right now in some aspects. They should have won this game by 40.

Sad to say, the person who gives the most effort, 100% of the time is JB. He is all heart. I……feel him with our fanbase.

  33. cimmanonrolls

nobody wants to give smart his credit when he’s actually playing good so i’ll do it. he controlled the game on both ends. huge defensive plays all game and set the pace with great decision making the entire game. give him his due. this was him at his best.
