I was a huge DJ Stan since his rookie year. I had season tickets to the Austin Spurs that year so got to see him a lot and even play with him a little. Loved the dude but how he’s acted since he’s left is horrible. I really don’t want him back. I’m happy with us moving forward. Our team sucks but individually our guys have made great strides, we’re just missing experience and a star player
ya he never said anything of the sort otherwise. Getting emotional and getting mad at fans on instagram who were being dicks to him after praising the ground he walked on a week earlier is immature but understandable. DJ was a great teammate and by everything i have ever seen or read, he went above and beyond when it came to fan service and interacting with fans in real life.
In all honesty a couple of solid drafts and him coming back could actually be a great reunion.
