russ should only play the first three quarters because he is a great igniter but not a good finisher anymore so he needs to have the responsibility to get the guys going and inn rhythm the first 3 quarters and let them finish it off after his contribution in the fourth. morris needs to be out of the rotation come playoff time, plumlee should not play come playoff time unless injury. terrance mann needs to play more.
