Rest in Peace. The most decorated knick of all time, our only mvp in franchise history and both finals mvps

Condolences to his family, teammates, and friends

  5. RIP. Probably the greatest Knick ever. Its a damned shame we never got to win another title before he passed.

    PLAY FOR WR!!!!

Clyde tells a story about getting picked up at the train station as a rookie by Reed who immediately took him to a party at Wilt’s place… welcome to the league rook

    RIP Captain.

The very definition of a franchise player.

  8. RIP to the Captain. You rarely hear him named as the greatest Knick of all time, but without him we’re a ringless organization. Only MVP and FMVPs in the history of the team. Never going to be forgotten.

He didn’t look well during his video message recently

I’m old enough to have been lucky enough to see him play. The first Knicks shirt I ever had was his—jerseys weren’t a thing back in those days. RIP THE, and I mean THE Captain.

  11. Rest in peace. We’ll never forget you shutting down Wilt while playing on one leg in game 7. A gentleman and an amazing player. Sad sad day.
