Kind of bench guy we should be targeting this off season imo

Bro turns into celtics Ray Allen against us. But not sure if we have cap space for him

Shooting would be nice, but I think the priority would be a ballhandler/playmaker for the bench.

Flynn/Banton/Dowtin/Barton are just not cutting it.

I guarantee that if we sign him, he’s gonna forget how to shoot 3’s

I don’t really see the fit. I guess if Gary leaves in FA, but that’s a large downgrade both offensively and defensively from Gary.

He’s also not some bonafide shooter. He’s shot 34% from 3 in two of his three NBA seasons and 41% in the other year. Add in he’s a poor defender, doesn’t have great length, and he’ll be 27 next year and I don’t get the appeal.

I’d much rather give 24 year old Wieskamp those minutes on his minimum deal than spend a portion of the MLE on Strus.

As is often the case with Nurse: if a bench player doesn’t have a good game that player won’t be seeing the floor for an extended period of time.

If Miami wants to swap their FRP pick and him for Gary I’d do it. Wouldn’t be equal salary but they could figure it out. Gary can replace Herro as their new 6 man spark plug and play with Oladipo in their backcourt and we get a cheaper shooting guard

This guy is only finna work with the heat. Any other team, he’d be back in the G

This guy’s not worth a roster spot. His specialty is 3pt shooting and he’s shooting 33% on the year.

A free agent? Moving from the beaches in Miami to…… Toronto? Good luck with that.
