in these tight games it always boils down to shooting consistency under pressure. Thats where elite shooters separate from the rest. On average the Raptors have less numbers of those kinds of shooters.
The season is over. Even if we made the playoffs we would just embarrass ourselves, our offence is literally trash , too many wasted possessions on pull up 3s or just 3s in general, the ball hogs on the team are not that consistent so we are usually doomed during crunch time
I’m a huge fan of the Raptors and have to swallow hard just to pay to watch your games live with my family but this L is the most embarrassing. I know there’s no Gary, no Scottie, no Achiuwa, and OG trying to play through an injury, but that shouldn’t be an excuse. I was expecting for the next man up mentality. I see no energy, no hustle, no defence. Just sloppy game from the very start.
I’m still wondering why after that Barton poor performance last game with the Bucks, NN made him as a starter? You could’ve put in Thad or Malachi or Dowtin or Ron Harper Jr. as a starter.
I need an explanation for bringing Farton into the starting lineup before I even consider spending another moment of my time watching this team. He STINKS. He literally shot 0 for 6 from the field last game, and was waived by a team further in the dumpster than the Raptors. Is that not enough clues for this idiotic coaching staff that putting him on the floor should not be a priority?

When are the raptors going to realize you need a guy who can knock down corners threes. It’s so congested because there’s no spacing you can’t win because there’s no flow. An be honest this team don’t have iso guys so it’s amazing they run so many ISO’s plays as well.

What happened was Chris Flew by the players on pump fakes all the time and giving up open shots or 5 on 4 plays because hes out of bounds collecting his thoughts. Fred with bullshit transitions 3s when no shots are falling… Will Barton needs to be let GO!!! Jeff Only played 6 minutes… Lost to a buncha Rookies… OG non existent on offence with scottie and Gary out. I could sit here all day stating the obvious… They are a play in team and i hope that we can get to 7th or 8th and go up against Brooklyn first… anything other than that i dont see us making it out the play in.
