Refs let too many fouls go, and the injury was a result of excessive contact permitted. TERENCE Mann was ejected for questionning refs after obvious foul on Kawhi. Foul on PG should have been a 1 or 2, as Dort was trying to take him down to get the ball after OG beat him for rbd. Instead it's "unlucky".
