I recall last year in Dallas, they tricked the warriors and inbounded the ball before the Dubs were set up. I think the Dubs didn’t return to the court in a timely fashion after a timeout. I don’t recall the dubs complaining much, maybe only out of embarrassment they got caught unprepared. Given that no Dallas player was near the location of where the ball would be inbounded, my guess is they somehow were defending the wrong side of the court. Even looney got confused about which way he should go. If the Dubs did something sneaky to cause this, I could understand the Mavs complaint, but it’s not their fault Dallas didn’t set up properly.
