Dallas GM blew it when he gutted his team for kyrie irving — they needed a rebounder, a rim protector and they get neither of that from kyrie – also they needed to bring in a player or players who plays every night – is not soft and refused to play thru injuries – they are 31st in the league in rebounding and their opponents shoot 53 percent from the field — they gave up 37 points tonight in the first quarter to the lowly Hornets – the Mavs are not winning the West or a ring this season or next season

I've been down on my Clippers all season. They're not included in many of my recent wagers. But there is one silver lining. Ty Lue once took the 2018 Cavaliers all the way to the Finals with Kyrie gone.
The West is very mediocre and wide-open. And Paul George doesn't need surgery. There is optimism he'll return come playoffs. We'll also get Norman Powell back. All is not lost but that Westbrook dark cloud still hovers over us.
