We gave him up because he wouldnt shoot the ball. He said every team he played on encouraged him to shoot the ball but Memphis “really encouraged” him. I guess when you think your team mate will bust a cap in your ass, you move different.

  2. Absolutely replaceable being that he hasnt developed since fucking detroit dude. I remember PG being on luke’s ass telling him he needs him and to shoot more, which he NEVER did.

Honestly EJ brings so much more as well as that veteran attitude. And EJ can shoot deeper

Miss this guy , I’ll still rock my Kennard jersey proud !

Luke was one of the few if not the only person who had a Full greenlight from 3 on this team. Bro just didn’t want to cook and was always injured

I think giving up Shai is a much bigger loss.

We gave him up because he wasn’t shooting.

  8. I knew there was gonna be a stupid post about this

  9. I’m probably in the minority who thinks we should have kept Luke. All we had to do was get rid of Reggie and wall and then our guard logjam was done.

You can’t get elite shooting and spacing like that. His “bad” defense was always overstated as well.

Oh well, I guess it’s why I’m not a GM

I mean we have 3pt shooters we rlly don’t need him tbh

Remember in the Jazz series every time Utah get him switched on to Mitchell we have to emergency double? Yeah I remember.

He is a great regular season player if he is aggressive, him and iHart will always have a spot in my heart. But he is not gonna contribute in the playoffs in meaningful ways due to his defensive limitations.

We literally have a player who has shot 11 threes
