TOM THIBODEAU'S time should be up. In most cases, if not all, the player(s) SHOULD be a bit scrutinized to a degree. Tom Thibodeau is a very, VERY good & well respected coach. He's excellent (nowhere near perfect of course) with discipling rookies when it comes toseeung how they practice, not allowing them to get much playing time til HE feels they're ready for it, which usually is the case for about a year. Quickley, Grimes, Jericho Sims, Obi – just look at them, right? They've ALL benefited from that style of discipline, even tho we dont always agree w/Tom's method. But THAT'S where it should stop! Tom is good for a team who's still learning, so to speak. They need a Mark Jackson-type of coach now, someone who's philosophy is still to defend, but infuse new strategies and such. Tom ALSO has a history of over playing his STAR(ters), just check the Timberwolves, Chicago Bulls, etc. Its just time for a new person who can p/u where Tom would leave off. Knowing how Jim Dolan is, he'd get someone TOTALLY different, starting from scratch, erasing what these current players have earned & accrued. Mark Jackson is that dude! 🙏🏾
Randle really sucked the (pause)energy out of this team since his melt down in that clipper loss. Trade his ass please this off-season. He’s such a liability
