After years of being stuck at 6’11” height, Giannis decided to grow an inch, on sheer will power.

I don’t know if he’s actually 7’0”. Lopez and Giannis are both listed at 7’0”, but Lopez is taller than Giannis.

NBA.com is extremely sus with their height measurements after claiming they started standardizing everything barefoot.

For example they had Klay at 6’5 initially. While they rounded up and down for a lot of players, it was usually by half an inch. He went back up to 6’6.

LeBron went from 6’8 to 6’8 1/2 then to 6’9 on nba.com within 2 years. There is no way he is 6’9 which is very close to AD and KD in the official measurements. There are flat 6’8 guys who have stood next to LeBron and claim they were taller. Either way it is inconsistent data.

Draymond was listed at 6’5 in first released ‘barefoot’ measurements. Now he is back to 6’6. So another inch roundup? No consistency.

Meanwhile Jokic is still 6’11 after all those years 🤦‍♂️ #NotMyMVP

This is ten percent luck, twenty percent skill
Fifteen percent concentrated power of will

If Giannis is 7’0” then Lopez is 7’1” and Embiid is like 7’3” or 7’4”

  8. It seems like everyone expects a height measurement to be super precise, but the reality is you’re taller after a night in bed and your spine compresses over the day.

This difference will be larger for taller people like Giannis.
I have to adjust the rear view mirror depending on the time of day.

That hyper extended knee stretched him out a bit

You’re overthinking this; he grew his hair out.
