Honestly man.. I just want Luka, Kyrie, Wood, Green, Hardy and Kleber back. The rest of the players don’t even seem worth having on a team. MAYBE Bullock.

I haven’t been that torn up about it because you shouldn’t take a team without a real front court seriously. Last season was already pushing it, yet Looney was only one that could punish the Mavericks for it.
That’s why I was on team status quo to recoup some assets and let the bad contracts run a year off before the trade deadline. Thankfully, the Kyrie trade still provides a little flexibility to retool whether he resigns or not.

Below average team plus terrible coaching decisions have killed us. Mavs need to really focus on getting guys that are consistent. I love Kyrie, but we need build a solid team around Luka. We’ve gotten worse with the same squad.

I don’t even want to think about it, but what could we get for Luka? 6 1st round picks and a couple of starters? I mean, he is almost impossible to build around. No defense, poor 3 point shooting, poor free throw shooting. I love him, but will he ever win a championship?

Been a Mavs fan for 27 yrs but I’m done. Kidd was a horrible hire. Luka is more of a whiner than a leader, and not at all impressed with the trade. No longer mffl
