If I can be a bit of a critic though, this graph is mildly hard to look at because the difference between the yellow and the green isn’t strong enough to make distinctions between large amounts of cells at a glance
I work in data analysis and client comm and just for an example, it should be easy to tell at a glance which rows have good teams and bad teams. If you used a more bold green it’d make reading this quickly much easier
(But also if you change the green change the other colors too to match the level of vibrancy, although that chance would be more aesthetic than functional)
