Jokic is averaging a triple double. Why not include that stat line?
Winning the team matchup for embiid and carrying his team to the 2nd seed in the east would make his case solid. Sadly jokic will show why he is worthy off being an 3x nba mvp without reaching the finals, man plays every game possible and impacts winning through passing,rebounding or scoring whatever is needed

Nikola Jokic will have the most triple doubles, and may even average a triple double by the end of the season. He'll be Top 5 in assists and rebounds. The Denver Nuggets have remained as the best in the West for the entire season.
Joel Embiid will be in the Top 10 for points, rebounds, and blocks. He will also get the scoring title by averaging 33.3 points per game. The Philadelphia 76ers will finish 3rd in the East possibly with the same record as The Nuggets.
I think Nikola Jokic will win his third straight.

Not only that, Jokić is gonna have played in at least six more games during the season, and as is the age-old adage, “the best ability is availability.” Jokić is also averaging a triple-double on ludicrous efficiency. His defensive statistics are on par with Embiid, and everyone harps on Jokić’s “bad defense,” when it’s just a false narrative.
If Embiid wins this MVP, I hope that everyone knows it was handed to him so he would stop crying about it. He doesn’t deserve it, and he won’t deserve it as long as Giannis and Jokić are in the league. They’re just the better players: Giannis is Embiid but better and more valuable, Jokić is different but more valuable and more dominant.
