The Utah Jazz are signing center Luka Samanic to a 10-day contract out of the NBA G League's Maine Celtics, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Samanic is averaging 20.6 points and 10.8 rebounds in G League.

All I read was that the Jazz are signing Luka. I’m sure the rest isn’t important. This is exciting!

I like that the Jazz keep experimenting with 10 day contracts to find some solid reserve players. Luka might not last beyond 10 days but who knows? They managed to find a solid reserve point guard for next season by giving Kris Dunn a 10 day. This part of the season is a great time for experimentation.
Lets hope he does well enough to get playing time , no matter if it is here or another team
