Let’s just get everyone doing that, we’ll get to the line for every 3 point shot. Clearly it works.

If that was Giannis defending and Levert doing that, this is 100% overturned.

  4. Multiple games this season ruined. They need to change that rule to it being the player goes under where they originally jump not 4 ft away.

Not enough evidence to overturn says the NBA^© and FanDuel^®

Just glad he didn’t injure Mobley. Dangerous play to undercut someone like that.

  7. These players that do this are going to land extremely awkward and twist an ankle or worse. Then they’ll stop being stupid. Having broken an ankle playing basketball, I can’t fathom just laying out my feet near an unclear landing zone.

That should be an offensive foul. That’s hella dangerous. If the defender can’t impede on the offensive players landing space, it should go both fucking ways. Why’s the offensive player allowed to lunge 4 feet in but the defender can’t lunge one foot forward? Hating this dumb bs

Dude was trying to score points in a long jump competition

Mobley’s foot is a solid 3-4 feet in front of and to the side of Murray’s take off spot.

Assuming it’s a circle around the player this means that a shooters landing area is ~50 square feet. That’s almost the size of a NYC apartment.
