Success would have looked like resigning Brunson. They got to the WC Finals with him. They were able to pair them on the floor and stagger the minutes. The difference between Brunson and Kyrie is that Brunson has the desire to win. He makes winning plays, also even though he is undersized and not a great defender, Brunson rotates well and puts a 100% effort on defense. Kyrie just does not put in much effort on Defense. When you see Kyrie has 2 steals in a game, it's because he is hanging out in passing lanes and many times is backdoored because of it, or teams rotate the basketball well and because Kyrie is "Cherrypicking Steals" everyone has to scramble to get a guy outside of the normal rotation. I have watched most of the games they have played together. The ball simply does not move as well when Kyrie is on the floor. It's sad, for one of the most talented players ever. His attitude can't be helping either.

Luca Doncic is overrated. Hes good looking so people kiss his booty. If he was ugly people would admit he was overrated. See this in sports all the time attractive people are put on a peddle stool but in reality they are not very good at what they do. his entire career averages over 4 turnovers a game. That says it all right there he should be a forward not a guard. Only 34% from 3pter. He can't shoot. Just go to forward. Doncic is the most overrated player in the NBA. Zero effort on defense and all time high usage rate at 36. He is the definition of stat padding and incompetent leadership that let’s him do it.
The real talent on the mavericks was Jalen Brunson. He is way more skilled then Luca overated bad outside shooting from 3pter amd turnover machine player. Go look at Brunsons stats all of them better across the board playing guard. 3 pt shoot over 40% turnovers only 2 a agme and only averaging 1.4 a game his entire career. Luca over 4 a game. If Jalen Brunson was white and good looking you guys would be in awe of him like Luca. He is better player then Luca and its not even close. You can't have a career average of over 4 turnovers a game and only 33% shooting from 3 pter and win a nba championship. It doesn't matter who is on your team. You are the reason why they are losing. He has to move to power forward. He is not a guard.
