Shoutout to Kleber for being completely terrible tonight, was huge in helping us win.

  2. unbelievre

Okay so block by Embiid then steal by James seals the deal.

What did BB say? If you are going to play in the city of Philadelphia you gonna play defense

  3. bluediamondsm

Gg Sixers y’all played well today and Embiid is an absolute beast. Good luck in the playoffs y’all deserve it!

  4. SquashForDinner

We needed this win and it was a good one too. Dallas are desperate right now so this was them giving it their all and we said no.

  5. HighPriestOfDjKhaled

It’s honestly crazy how much a game can change my mood, I’m in too deep 😭

  6. GirlWithGame

Embiid is so clutch on defense it’s absurd. Yet people want to say he was ducking Jokic. They made the smart move sitting him, period.

Great team win that 4th quarter was a work of art defensively.

  7. anon09887

Did comcast just give the man who fixed the net the player of the game?!

  8. gazizzadilznoofus

“They give us hard wood” – Kate Scott

  9. jeppsforst

The Mavs have really managed to completely fumble building around Luka. I seriously think he could leave

  10. My god, if we get luka, r/NBA will just become r/bashphilly

  11. von_d_von

Embiid with a monster block on Luka

    SVG: That’s a good play

  12. XxStormySoraxX

I thought Harden looked like he was moving well, his shots just didn’t fall but I’m happy to see he’s not too injured.

  13. mastermind208

Even without our stars we play teams close, but we can never close vs anybody.

Even though Harden’s not a good defender, our defense to close the stretch was 10x better than it was against GSW and PHX. Joel not having to do everything and having more energy late’s gotta be a big reason

  14. Philly0024

Good dub this team is night and day when Harden is the playmaker just makes everyone better, just hope he gets back being more efficient scoring wise

  15. Good team win, no one really stood out but everyone just played their roles.

  16. AbdulPirateKing

Someone please post that final embiid block on luka in r/nba

    Full game thoughts:

-We lowkey slept walk to the win tonight. We were like ‘eh, it’s the Mavericks’ and turned it up at key points in the game. The positive is that we can turn it up/on, the negative is you wish we’d be consistent.

-Bball Paul is out the mud. The more consistent his minutes, the more the game’s slowed down for him.

-One of Maxey’s better two-way games today. He’s just become so reliable on the offensive end, and he’s the glue to the engine. When he plays well, we’re a different team.

-Niang was hitting his 3’s, and if the stat line is to be believed, made some defensive plays and since we won, I can forgive the boneheaded close out.

-What I can’t forgive is McDaniels flagrant penalty one, 90 feet from the rim. Has to be smarter if he wants to be in our playoff rotation.

  18. MidAtlanticPolkaKing

If there’s one western conference team I love beating it’s this scumbag franchise in that loser city in a trash state. Fuck Jason Kidd and fuck Kyrie Irving. Play the song

  19. shadowarmy229

Bruh Kidd played Luka and Kyrie for 37 and 40 mins respectively and THJ for 36 while playing Wood for just 12 wtf

  20. DWelbeckUnrealVision

Mavs my fav team and the 76ers my second as I have family that live in Philly.

Happy to see win 50 and I hope for 76ers to get to the Finals.

    Mavs ain’t doin shit.

  21. GarfieldFromGarfield

what the hell i did not realize melton was 5-6 from three

  22. 4ggressivelymediocr3

Hey guys just a Thunder fan popping in to say thank you 🙂

  23. lonelystowner

For real though, I don’t think I have ever seen Joel have such a long and happy looking conversation with a player at the end of a game. Would die to know what they were saying to each other.

  24. brokensicario

Pretty much sleepwalked that entire game.

I don’t know what the plan is for the stretch home, but they should prioritize rest over the wins imo. Need to regain some of the form from earlier in the month, but not fussed about the seeding/match-up tbh.

  25. BigEvil621

Meh game but a wins a win so

    ![gif](giphy|hgd3B0ayqPGJG)

  26. Fantastic-Rush-5778

PJ played great in the fourth. Great team win all around, big contributions from our bench tonight. And of course, another win to bolster the case for Joel’s first mvp!

  27. leyendadelflash

Anybody listening to the Ricky? Usually agree with Mike but his PJ hate is mystifying to me, he’s proven his value in big time matchups all season

  28. Not very clean but a well-needed team win. Shoutout to our shooters.

The Brooklyn and Heat games also went as we needed them to. Time to dump Miami on Boston and take on that awful Brooklyn team.

  29. [deleted]

It’s been 12 years since I made this account. I’ve wasted more time than I ever want to imagine on this site.

/r/Sixers it’s been real. Deleting my account/cutting the cord on social media across the board.

    Nothing is real.

  30. AlphonseTheDragon

Fuck yeah, Melton much needed great game, Mcdaniels and Reed with some good minutes, good showing from Toby, good W. OTTNO

  31. vaped_kizz

good win. my only hope going into the playoffs is good health, especially for embiid and harden. both definitely looked slightly rusty coming off their injuries tonight. need to get them strong down the stretch more than anything

  32. RegisterFit1252

Is it just me or did the sixers look bad tonight? They shot it from 3 very well but really… dallas simply looked horrible. How can a team fighting for a playoff spot look so uninterested?
