Andrew Wiggins rumors continue to circulate on whether he will return to the Golden State Warriors roster during the 2022-23 NBA Season. Steph Curry has now spoken about his teammate as well as Steve Kerr. They are both hopeful that he might be back on the roster for the NBA Playoffs. Warriors trade rumors are also on the agenda with an idea from NBA Analysis which sees the Warriors trade Draymond Green for Kyle Lowry from the Miami Heat. Will the trade actually go down? Steve Kerr on Andrew Wiggins:
Beyond that, once he’s back our training staff will be able to get with him and see where he is. There’s hope but it’s I guess indefinite, it’s also appropriate because we don’t know.

Steph Curry on Andrew Wiggins:
We’d love to have him and hope that that does happen, because we want to be whole and I’m sure he wants to be a part of this. But when he walks in the door, it’ll be when it’s the right time for him. That’s kind of the expectation at this point.

NBA Analysis on a Kyle Lowry trade:
This won’t be an easy decision for the Warriors to make. There’s no denying that. It may be a necessary one. Jordan Poole’s extension kicks in next summer. The Warriors have been praised for their willingness to go into the luxury tax, but surely, even they have some limits. With that in mind, Green may be too pricey to hold onto. By contrast, Lowry is on an expiring contract. The Warriors would eat his cap hit for a year, and then let him walk.

    Wiggins just sitting back watching see how far they go. He's planning leaving. He thought they wasn't going to the playoffs. Options. But he's career. He knows they will back him up. Not nowing he's quiter.

    If the rumors about Andre Wiggins’ absence are true, (Wiggins’ girlfriend, Mychal Johnson, has been cheating on him, and his youngest daughter is not biologically Wiggins’, but his best friend’s) then kudos to the entire Golden State Warriors organization. There hasn’t been a single leak from the Warriors team, coaches, and/or front office. These days, someone is gonna leak something on any other team in any sport about any player after missing more than 2 dozen games.

    The Warriors are the definition of a classy organization.

    The suggested Draymond trade might work for the Heat but it's pure lunacy for the Dubs. Lowry is a shadow of his former self while Dray has been really good in comparison and we still need his unique skill set. Ty Jerome is arguably better than Lowry.

    we need to keep draymond, in cant believe how everyone talks like hes expendable. there has to be a way to keep him even if it means losing poole or dare i say wiggins. Dray is a big part of this team and does much more than what is shown in stats. i say hes more valuable and not for just this title run, the next few title runs.

    It's a bizarre situation and I hope what's going around in social media isnt true but if it is when will he return? I've seen professional athletes play the same day one of their parents have passed or within days of losing a spouse, sibling, or child and you can't tell me that being cheated on and deceived by your woman is worse than your mom, dad, brother,or sister dying. Its really a mystery and more mysterious when you think about the fact that he must not have any real support from family or friends if they haven't been able to help him get right and get back to what he does best. He must really be distraught or have a serious health problem because something nobody talks about is he's missed 7 games for non COVID related illnesses prior to leaving the team. There has been an ongoing issue with him all season to miss 7 games not related to injuries when and he's only played 40. I wish him the best and I love the warriors have been a season ticked holder since the 80's before I moved abroad but he's dealing with something extremely serious above and beyond basketball and I can't believe it's about being cheated on and deceived…

    W… As far Draymond I TRULY hope this does NOT happen! Lowery cannot do what Dray does for this team. He's irreplaceable IMO, I hope he retires a Warrior. With that being said if he does get traded, it appears to have been foreshadowed as of late.

    For a pro player to miss 20+ games for “personal” reasons, it’s has to be one of two things;
    1. Serious health issue with partner or child.
    2. Serious relationship problem with partner.
    I really don’t think it could be anything else.
