He’ll probably buy something nicer down the line, especially if he were to try and get traded to Portland. Zach has rather extravagant taste and this really isn’t that extravagant. It’s beautiful for sure, but this is something normal people can dream of, especially in a less inflated market than Seattle. I’m sure he wants something that he’s spending a significant portion of the year in which he has any time to host friends and family to scream “I have tons of money” and allow friends, family and potentially people like trainers, cooks, maids and his entourage to stay in comfort. He also may want additional training facilities or to be closer to that sort of infrastructure.
