As a fam member to someone who got ejected from a game, all they said was, "You suck." The player responder with, " your momma sucks, b.a.n, " then went to go get the referee. (Like a lil b.a.n. may I add). The usher even said, "I know you didn't say anything out of line, but we have to follow protocol." I was pissed because I didn't even say anything, but he was my ride, and they don't really give you a lot of time to think.
To all these people saying that the fans go too far, or that these ejections are warranted, I want to disagree wholeheartedly. I get if a fan is being malicious and saying racist or hateful things. But besides the fact that most people are cautious of this because other fans will check you, the interchange in this case was banter. I have the right to say I don't like you, you suck, just as he has the right to clap back. But to then go get an usher to kick me out of a game that I pay for and did nothing to warrant an ejection is ludicrous to me.
