Lowry wasn’t even that good last year, he was good but not all star level. I really hope the front office wasn’t this delusional. This sounds like an awful cop out.

Lmao. I’ve hated lowry before he was even with us but was willing to deal with him playing for us. Let’s just say the hatred remains. I pray his expiring is moved next year

I’m convinced this guy is just making shit up.

Pat riley must not watch other teams and or lowrys last year in toronto or even lowry last playoffs if he fr thought this

They weren’t expecting a 35 year old out of shape point guard who relied a lot on his thiccness to inevitably break down within 3 years of signing him?

I love Lowry still, but the lack of foresight with this front office has become increasingly concerning over the last 7ish years

He was 80 when we got him. Anyone in the FO admitting this is basically saying “I’m an idiot” in a roundabout way.

He wasn’t all star last season too. So why is this coming out now?

    Thanks for Precious you guys😁😁😁

Truth of the matter is the FO fucked us. Herro, Jimmy, Bam contracts are fine. It’s the overpay for Lowry, Duncan, and a washed Oladipo that have sunk us. Lowry getting 30, Duncan getting 18, and Oladipo getting 9 is 57 million in cap that is locked up that barely contributes.

Goran and Precious for Lowry looks really bad and is likely the straw that broke the camels back. Goran is still better than Lowry and Precious would give us that 4 next to Bam that we desperately need.

What happened to the Miami Heat body fat index requirement!!!

I hate how people talk about riley and andy the “cap god” like these guys are making good decisions. we’ve been handing out terrible contracts for the last decade. remember whiteside? tyler johnson? how about when they let wade go to chicago over a couple million bucks. now the duncan robinson and lowry contracts have ruined us. our front office sucks and I’m tired of people pretending they’re awesome just because we got shaq and lebron

The world “age is a big factor in many proffesions, but ESPECIALLY in sports”

Pat Riley “I am going to completly disregard that”

Look at how old pat is, maybe he can’t come to terms with the inevitability of age. Just trying to make it make sense.
