Spo must must not just think of speed and shooting 3s. But put some size and toughness to match to the bigger team.

Herro wanted the starting spot, still hit or miss. Only thing he gained was a accent.

Because we can’t shoot 3s.
The only two players above 35% in this roster are Duncan and Herro.
I think one thing everybody agrees: this roster needs a drastic change.
Keep Jimmy and Herro or Bam (trade one of them), bring a star, and think wisely about everyone else.
I’d say to let go of at least eight of these other players.
No more washed players, bring some young role players.
The good gentlemen should avoid forecasting w for the remaining 5. Take the less optimistic side and deflate the bravado behind heat 2022 run. The past is the past. It has to be like breakfast. Meal after meal. Game after game. What's on the table, we eat. We can't be Choosy with this mediocrity
In the pod with Tobin, the ideal record for the remaining 7 games (at the time) was 5-2. Right now the Heat are 0-2. Now, the ideal finish would be to go 4-1 but this team is so inconsistent, they could possibly finish 2-3 which would make the record for the last 7 games 2-5. The Heat are in danger of not just being a play-in team, but worse case scenario, if they lose to Hawks and have to play Toronto or Chicago (teams they've struggled with this season) and lose… they'll be out of the playoffs entirely. Based on those odds/possibilities I'd say it's time to play with desperate urgency.

Hold my beer. Yup. Challenge accepted!! Philly might rest their starters at the end giving us… (still loses anyway 🙄) . Just wish we are healthy and let the cards fall where they may. The defense needs to increase their effort. The RSHK is a product of the defensive scheme which focuses on the stars. We dare role players to beat us and sometimes they do.

Why Mia fans don’t wanna trade butler is beyond me. They have gotten the most out of Jimmy while not being able to surround him with enough. Would be doing both parties a favor, he gets to go to a contender and he would also field the best return for the heat.
