  1. Just let it play out and don't jump the gun. It's not over yet. I know you guys dont want to see Kyrie succeed, but he will anyway.

  2. Luke should either ask for Kyrie to be traded or that he be traded himself cause this just isn't working and i actually don't get how the organization could have convinced themselves to believe this would work

  3. As a Mavs fan, I don’t blame Kyrie for this. I blame Mark Cuban and the GM. I never thought that the team would gel as we wouldn’t really have a defensive presence. Kyrie as far as I can tell has been trying to gel and immerse himself. I’m not there but I haven’t been getting the sense that he caused problems.

  4. Luka went from last year, making it to the WCF, then went to play in the Euro cup, and from all that started this season dude has been plying like two straight years of professional basketball. He is gassed

  5. Hmmm…Luka used to smile and have fun. Kyrie gets trades there and now he's miserable.
Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Kyrie is toxic, plain and simple. He's probably always preaching to people.

  6. People gotta stop looking at ppg and highlights. Defense, shot selection, efficiency, rebounding and playmaking matters. Kyrie isn't as impactful as people think

  7. I watched every maverick game with Kyrie if you can conclude that it’s Kyrie fault you are have a dislike and agenda against Kyrie.

  8. I really was surprised they made the deal. Yes Luka needed another major player. But not another guard. They would of been in the playoffs with the previous team.

  9. I thought the idea was that Kyrie and Luka would make a great team. Surely they can make that work. .o

  10. Is it a coincidence that when Brunson left Luka the very next season he’s having a career year and all star year and possibly all nba.

I’m a Luka fan n but it’s hard to fit with him

It’s not a coincidence shy no free agents have went to play with him.

No coincidence that Rick Carlisle left all though he’s a top 10 coach

No coincidence he always complains to the referee s as bad always one of the top tech players.

No coincidence he’s admitted he’s out of shape at points during the season

But hey rich it’s all Kyrie fault.

  11. You've heard about the "Dream Team." The "Nightmare Team" would be Kyrie Erving, Russell Westbrook, Ben Simmons, James Harden, and Zion Williamson. It would be unwatchable.

  12. People need to just admit that Kyrie, while a great player, is not a top dude in terms of being a legit guy to follow and has NEVER been the leader of a team.

  13. Lazy journalism would when in doubt blame the outspoken black guy. Without doncic Dallas kyrie are 3-1 with doncic below 500. May doncic needs to start playing with teammates les sheep ball but he is not all entirely to blame. U got two superstars and bench average to below average players around them. So the executive is partly responsible

  14. The Mavs were bad defensively — 31st in rebounding, giving up 54 percent in field goal attempts by opponents — they needed a rebounder, rim protector — and how did they solve the problem — by gutting the team to get kyrie irving — for that alone the GM should be fired — last night Jalen Brunson scored 48 points and led the Knicks to defeat the Cavaliers in Cleveland — the same Brunson that the Dallas GM allowed to walk away — The Mavs are going nowhere for this season and next — Luka should bail, demand to be traded.

  15. How come the average basketball fan knew it wasn’t going to work… two dominate super-Stars who needs the ball and don’t defend… but people who gets paid millions don’t have a clue! Unless the whole move was to keep the Lakers or Clippers from landing Kyrie. But anyways, Mr. Mark Cuban, I’m available! Let me have a chance to build you a championship caliber team! 😎

  16. Dallas wasn't that much better before. But now you got a scapegoat to protect your golden boy
