For real though. Conley being the perfect fit on this team became even clearer yesterday. When Dlo threw the ball out of bounds within the first 2 minutes of the game I was like…classic. I like Dlo too, but it became clear that Conley was a better fit for us.
Conley also understands when he has to be more aggressive on offense. He saw that Ant couldn’t get going so he took on more offensive load. He didn’t score much in Utah so it’s cool to see that he can still score and be aggressive if that’s what’s needed. He has a good understanding of how he needs to adapt his role in a game.
When Conley and Rudy were on the bench, everything went to shit lol. He’s important to this team
