[Wojnarowski] ESPN Sources w/ @BobbyMarks42 : NBA and NBPA agreed to eliminate restrictions limiting a team to two designated super-max players. This would have a huge impact for Cavs, who have Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland on super max deals and Evan Mobley approaching rookie extension.

Wouldn’t this essentially put a team above the cap with just 3 players? How does this help teams compete?
Basically teams have to win the championship with key players on rookie scale or sub max pay… can’t have 2 or 3 30+ yrs old max players on a team and win
The Warriors are the last dynasty. Can’t complain!
