Despite all of the stuff about Rui leaving Washington and not getting along there, Rui has amazing work ethic. This was even true in Washington. His coach never gave him a chance.

Rui Bamba and Wenyen are gonna learn so much from Bron and AD. I’m really excited for Bamba especially. This would be the best environment for him if he’s up to it

It’s like when you set AD to mentor Rui in 2k myleague lol

This is awesome… it’s like sending a kid to a really good school. Everybody thinks about the teachers, curriculum, & resources being great but I think the other students being of high caliber is just as important if not more important in driving greatness.

Rui is smart to be a sponge… it’s obvious DLo has been going from Kobe to Steph & the warriors to now AD & Bron.

That’s why if you have a young team (like the Rockets) you should 100% get some end of career great vets to help them along.

  6. Rui is an incredible talent. The word on him was lazy defense, bad rebounder, never passes. He’s already become a much better team player. Give him an off season with our coaching staff and keep him around winners like Bron and AD and he can be great.

If Rui continues to play defense like that, it takes us up to another level.

I was working today, and I noticed the Lakers were up big in the second, so like a sane person, I didn’t watch because I thought I’d ruin that. That is to say, I didn’t watch today, but something I’ve noticed is they’re playing him more like a PF now. He lacks a lot of horizontal mobility, and they’re giving him the option now to depend more on his strength on defense – more of a strong point. He’ll be good against slower PF’s, less against wings.

More minutes and looks on offense for him please

He cannot be more modest. Defense is what matters more in the playoffs where the refs allow more physicality. Rui will be an important piece with his defense and being built like a truck for wings that rely on strength 💪.

Facts. I loved the Minnesota game. That 2nd half was a beauty

Played his role to a T. Stick with Bron, get 4 free dunks. He put himself in prime position to catch and throw down. Just smart play. On top of that, his defense was solid AF. Love it.
