   Shake deserves a payday and minutes, FA class is weak this summer so seems like we’d get outbid. Same with Niang because he’s worth it when his shots falling, someone will overlook the defensive risk.

   Definitely should prioritize keeping McDaniels and Reed as a bench energy combo. House won’t risk turning down his PO unless Harden walks and really wants him to come along for some reason.

   No way Trez turns down his PO but maybe he’d get mad enough about losing his minutes to want to risk FA again.

   Gotta resign B Ball Paul. He is legitimately elite at getting offensive rebounds and loose balls and despite his flaws, is the best backup Embiid’s had except maybe Drummond.

   I’m annoyed Shake will walk for nothing. I felt like we could’ve gotten a 2nd for someone but at the same time I don’t want to resign him.

   Harden most important. After him I’d prioritize Reed, Mcdaniels and Niang in that order. Shake just doesn’t seem possible it’s gonna suck to see him leave

    Our realistic price tag for Shake is something between $6-$8 million annually. If someone offers more than that he probably walks
