Kyrie has had a long career to show that he can be the best player on a championship team. Pre-Lebron in Cleveland he didn't take them anywhere. Post-Lebron in Boston he didn't get them anywhere with Tatum and Brown. He did nothing in Brooklyn with Durant. He has never been that guy and he is 31. Doncic is 24 and with Spencer Dinwiddie as his #2 they made it to the WCF last year. Anybody who says Irving should stay is out of their damn minds.
