Hmm I think he will play the last game of the season, but will definitely be back for the 1st round of the playoffs (or play ins, lol)
He’s not injured, which means the most important, if not sole, part of any ramp up would be strictly conditioning related and if he’s been working out daily then his conditioning (non-game scenario or not) can’t have fallen off a cliff enough for him to not be able to play any of the last 3 games.
I’d be shocked if he doesn’t play Friday against the Kings given the Warriors need to win out to get 6th ( ~~contrary to popular belief over on the nba subreddit, the Warriors do in fact control their own destiny~~ if they win out because the Lakers and Clippers play each other, which prevents both of them from grabbing a win that they both need in order for both to control their destinies).
Edit: I forgot divisional record takes priority over conference record with the Clips tiebreaker so Warriors do need two of Lakers, Clips, and Pels to lose a game for Warriors to take 6th. All the more reason though why I’d find it shocking if Wiggs didn’t play Friday given winning out is absolutely necessary at the least.
Edit 2: Kings play Pels tomorrow. Kings still have an outside shot at the 2nd seed. With us gunning for 6th, they have incentive to want that 2nd seed if they can get it if it means avoiding the Warriors first round so I’m banking on them playing hard vs. the Pels. If they can pull out that win then we in effect are back to controlling our destiny because the loser of Lakers/Clips wed night + a Pels loss = Warriors get 6th if they win out.

He was already rusty when he came back from the abductor injury. He’ll be extra rusty coming back from this.
There’s not reason to not play him the last two games. Get some wind back in those lungs and legs and limit him to 10 minutes a half.
The last tho g we need is him f’in up the rotation. It’s taken all season to get to where we are
RAMPING UP!
