Fred is TRASH. I was one of the first to see Fred as our future starting PG once Lowry left. I was one of the first to laugh at people when they were compared Brunson to Fred. I was one of the first during the start of the season to say Fred will have a great.. possibly another all star season. I was the first to give out excuses when Fred was underperforming. After believing so much on the hype train with Fred and this team.. I finally came back down to earth and came to a hard realization that this Raptors team.. especially Fred is GARBAGE. No more excuses to be had this year.. the core is just not good to compete even against mid tier Eastern teams let alone the top 4. Raptors this year is at best a top tier bottom feeder. So disappointed with this years team but more disappointed with Fred's performance and selfish hero ball plays.. Fred is just out there to pad stats. So many times I watched games towards the end where Fred makes crucial mistakes or starts to play selfish hero ball and cost the Raps to lose very close games. Yet Fred never takes any blame.. and still things he is just as much of an Alpha as Pascal. If Ujiri give Fred that 30 million long term contract.. that's a warrant for termination. I want the Raps to succeed.. but Fred in a future Raps uniform means Raps will be a treadmill team for a very long time. So many changes are needed to even slightly improve this team for the future.. but it must start by getting rid of BUMVLEET.
